the absolute demise of summer

Sadly, I must report that at approximately 3:15pm this afternoon I had to look for my gloves because it was too chilly to go out without them. As you can see from the picture there is virtually no chance of lounging in that chair sans jacket. At least not until next year. On a happier note, not only did I find my gloves with a minimal amount of searching I also discovered I had sewn up the finger last year before putting them. It felt like a little bonus :)
