Sunday pics - Florida Flowers

As I mentioned, I went to visit my mom in March and I took lots of pictures when we went to Leu gardens, among them, these:



I have no idea what these are...some sort of orchid maybe?

These were in the butterfly garden...

the roses were spectacular.

    Very nice! And sorry, I can only identify about three varieties of flowers and one of those is a dandelion.

    Love the pictures. I love flowers and have to restrain myself from buying too many at planting time.

    The tiny cluster ones are the ones I wrote about in Faerie Wings! I wish I knew what they were called. They smell like sweaty oranges.

    I love the flowers in Florida but my favorite Florida flower is the Poincianna. I could take thousands of pics of the flora there!

    Such pretty flowers! That top one almost looks like a bird of paradise mixed with an iris. Really neat!
