the weather report

Yesterday was lovely. Sadly, I was indoors for the majority of it. Today is forecast to be partially sunny with the possibility of showers and Sunday looks like showers likely, temperatures in the 50s both days. Can you believe it’s frakking May and I’m still waiting for spring? If there were someone to complain to I’d have done it by now.

Still, I suppose it’s better than this:

How's the weather your way?

  1. It's slightly warmer down here in MA, but still cool. I don't mind at all, though--I hate hot weather and cling to winter/spring with white-tipped fingers! Maybe I should move to Maine ...

  2. We had two days of steady rain then yesterday the sun finally came out. Today, back to rain and clouds. Bleh. But the grass looks really good. :)

  3. Oh it's perfect!! Sunny but not too hot and dry - but I do appreciate we need rain here in the UK as it's been much too dry! But for now, it's just lovely!!! The only downside is that the pollen count is just on the verge of exploding everywhere. Yuck! Take care

  4. We had an absolutely gorgeous week in PA -- blue skies and perfect temperatures. Pleasant, without being either too breezy or too warm.

Of course, I spent part of the week in bed sick and the other part working.

Now, I've got the weekend free and an outdoor field trip with my class coming up next week. And we're supposed to have days and days of thunderstorms. UGH!

  5. Well, I admit to liking the cool weather. I can dig it. :-)

  6. For a second I though you still had snow up there. It's already hot and muggy down here. I'm wishing it would drop to the 50's and 60's for some relief.

  7. Blue skies, then grey, then blue again. ;-) I've a cold but lugged my hound out for a walk earlier. Nice crisp air.

    Happy Writing this weekend! ;-)

  8. It was 78 yesterday and I went for a long lovely walk. Hoping to do the same today! Living in the Mountain West we often have to wait until June for spring. One year it snowed in July!

  9. Already in the low 90s here in GA. Was pretty earlier today, but now it's clouding up. Which is fine by me, because that forces me indoors to sew (like I should be doing anyway!)

  10. Wanna trade? It's humid and in the 80's here this week. Give me the snow!
