a creative challenge

Ok, so here's the creative challenge, a little writing exercise that I hope will be fun and offer you a chance to win one of those books along with a a wicked cool book mark (see right below the pic of the books up for grabs).

See the picture below? I want you to write whatever comes into your head, fiction, non-fiction, an essay, a memory, a description, whatever comes to mind. Just write it down. Then post it in the comments, say 200-500 words max. That's all you have to do in order to win a book - oh, and be a follower. Winners will be chosen randomly from ALL comments, no matter where in the world you live. Yup. That's right. I WILL ship overseas if you want to play.
