how to make a really good sandwich
Take some nice, sweet brown bread, you know, the kind that comes in a fat loaf in the bakery section at your local supermarket (molasses should be one of the top ingredients). Slice and toast lightly. Get some extra sharp, good quality cheddar and cut into long thin wedges. Use mayo (I like Hellmans) and lay the cheese on the warm bread so it melts just a little. Maybe a little Grey Poupon. Add sliced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, and red onion.
maybe a nice glass of white wine, too.
Enjoy :)

Molasses in bread?
