I had a great time visiting my sister and I will soon have pics to prove it. Meanwhile, this one is from October, when the trees were in full color and it wasn't quite as cold as it is now...
Gorgeous picture! I read the interview you did with Karen and really enjoyed it. Congrats to her on getting 4 books published and on her editing job. Very exciting! :-D
Gorgeous photo! Oh, but we had a fantastic visit to Brunswick - got out and about - oh, the scenery, that magnificent scenery. It was all like driving thru a postcard. We'd been to Maine before, as hub's from NH, but this was the first time we really anchored ourselves. Girl, you live in one gorgeous state with some really nice people. And, er, the lobsters are delicious! *burps*
OMG! Thank you, thank you! I'm thrilled! I just posted the cover. I got held up because some jerk somehow managed to use one of those gadgets to get the number on hub's debit card. The bank called as the purchases were in Maryland. We won't suffer a financial hit, thankfully. The bank's got a security code on the now dead card to get store security asap when someone tries to use the card again. So, okay, this is the third thing -- I'm a bit superstitious so think tomorrow's gonna be just fine, yay!
Very nice! We still have a few trees that look like that, but most are bare.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back! Most of our trees are bare.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteHugs and chocolate,

Lovely. You're lucky you have a tree to photograph.
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a great time visiting your sister. :)

ReplyDeleteI love that picture, it's beautiful! We still have some colorful trees up here too. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Autumn colour is not something we see much of in Oz.
ReplyDeleteRed trees make me happy!
ReplyDeletePretty! I love when trees are changing colors, and around here red can be the hardest color to find (aspens tend toward yellow).
