Or perhaps this will do...

Nineteenth century charm with contemporary amenities meet in this spectacular waterfront home. The interior houses large spacious rooms with wonderful classic details including stained glass, stone fireplace and arched doorways. The deck, screened porch, second floor loggia and patio all enjoy extraordinary views of Monhegan Island. Situated in Boothbay (Maine) on almost ten wooded acres this property includes 357 feet of waterfront and a deep water dock. And all for a mere $2.5mil. What do you think? Could you live here?

ps if you want to see more of this house, click here. If you want to see what else I'm doing today, head on over to Unicorn Bell where I'm critiquing.

  4. I love "shopping" for houses. Especially the kind I can't afford. That place is gorgeous.

  7. Amazing house. Still don't want one that big. It would just be an excuse to clutter it with junk.

  18. GORGEOUS! I don't think I'd want to give up the So Cal climate, but that baby's a deal. Here in the LA area, property bearing the same description would go for no less than $10 mil.
